Welcome to Divine hire, we offer High Tea event styling & Tee pee slumber party hiring services within the Mandurah, Bunbury Geographe and surrounding areas.


At Divine hire we give you the opportunity to host your own High tea event or slumber party at your home or venue of choice without all the fuss.


What better way to celebrate a Bridal shower, baby shower or special birthday.

Disclaimer: Please note most of our items are vintage and therefore may have a little wear and tear. Some themes have mismatched items but don't worry this only adds to the overall look.


HIRE INFORMATION




The Divine Way - The 'No Fuss' option


We setup at your preferred location whether it be a home, park or other venue and take all the worries and stress out of your day.


Once your event is complete we just ask that you wipe off the excess food, empty the cups, jugs, teapots etc. and pack them up unwashed into the plastic containers provided as we prefer to hand wash the China an vintage items ourselves. We will be there to assist with pack away of our hire items (To be discussed).


Setup/ pack up costs From $20 + Travel fee (please enquire for further information)


DIY Option


You will Pick up/ drop off your selected high tea package at our location near Harvey. You will receive some photos for inspiration and tips/ideas for making your event run smoothly.


All items will be clean and ready to go when you collect. Upon return don’t slave over the dishes, just wipe off the excess food, empty the cups, jugs, teapots etc. and pack them up unwashed into the plastic containers provided as we prefer to hand wash the China and vintage items ourselves.


Please note we can deliver/ pick up if required however there will be a fee depending on location, please enquire for further information.

Hire Information




The Divine Way - $40 per person


We setup at your preferred location whether it be a home, park or other venue and take all the worries and stress out of your day.


Once your event is complete we just ask that you remove any personal belongings from the teepee setup and we will pack down and do the rest. Our motto is 'No Fuss' for a reason!


Please note depending on the location of your event there will be an travel fee, contact us for further information and to confirm a cost.



Delivery is calculated from our location in Uduc (near Harvey)

Delivery 0kM -30km is $25

Delivery 31km -40km is $35

Delivery 41km -50km is $45

Delivery 51 km and over. Please contact for quote.






FAQ

Is there a minimum number of teepee's I can hire?

Yes, minimum teepee hire is 4, Maximum teepee hire is 12.


How big are the teepee’s?

The teepee including the mattress is approx. 960mm wide, 1770mm length and 1150mm in height.


How do I get ready for a slumber party?

Please ensure the space you wish us to set up the tents is cleared, setup takes approx 1-1.5 hours. We will discuss the best why to situate the tents when we arrive and run you through how to turn on fairy lights etc. Once the slumber party is over please leave all items where they are and we will pack away when we collect.


Who are our Teepee's suitable for?

Recommended ages 4 +, our air mattresses have a 80kg weight limit


Can you use our teepee's outside?

They are designed to be used inside only however if setup undercover outside we may be ok with the hire, please enquire.


Do you offer catering?

No, but we are happy to give you some fantastic local catering recommendations.


What if something gets broken?

The cost of the replacement will come out of the bond, unfortunately this does mean in some circumstances you may forfeit the full amount.










Is there a minimum number of high tea settings I can hire?

Yes, the minimum high tea placement is 6, however we can cater for up to 30 plus if required.



What is your preferred payment method?

Direct deposit into our business bank account.


Is there a booking fee/ deposit required?

Yes, a $50 booking fee is required to secure your event date and package. The booking fee also acts as a bond for the hire.


When is full payment required?

Full payment is required 14 days prior to event.


What is the cancellation policy?

If cancelled 7 days prior to event your booking fee will be forfeited,

If cancelled 48 hours prior to event the full payment including booking fee will be forfeited. To avoid fees we will try and reschedule bookings where possible.
